This Chef Anthony,
Has joined with Marion and created simple menu's using local produce and top quality sea-food to compliment the warm
and friendly atmosphere in the restaurant. Originally from New Zealand he was raised in the hospitality industry in family owned business's. After completing his qualifications and working in wellington he emigrated to Sydney where he has spent the last 15 years working in Mediterranean style sea-food and fine dining. He has worked for well known, high volume restauranters whom have collected many awards over
the years like American Express, Sydney's finest family restaurant, local business awards. Tony specialised in seafood and handled up to 30 varieties per week as well as being well adept in all meat and game dish's. Sundowners menu is a combination of asian, western and meditteranean
influence's, so there is bound to be something to entice everyone's taste-buds. He also has a great variety of wines that go beautifully well
with the fish dish's he presents.
